Be careful of large orders from clients that you are not familiar with, or have not ordered from you before. Put a IP counter on your site where people order traffic from you. Putting this on all your order pages is very simple, and they are free. It will capture the clients IP address, which you can then check on. You can then cross reference this with a ip checker with their paypal address, and whois information. If they don't match for some reason, I would contact the client before placing any order for them and find out why the information from the whois, IP, and paypal account doesn't match.

Placing orders with us: Depending on when, and where you place your order with us will determine when your order will be processed. We are located in the Eastern Time Zone and will accept orders from 10am-to-2am. Any orders placed after 2am est. will be placed 8hrs later. We have resellers from all over the world, and different time zones, which makes processing orders different in getting your login information back to you asap. Please take that into account when placing your order with us. If you have access to a few of our order systems where you have credits already stored in your account, make sure of the following.!!

(1) Make sure you have checked your clients site for any violations. This could include Pops, Music, Java alerts, exits, flash intro's or any other windows that are not suppose to be on the landing page. Only ordering with pops, or music is this allowed.

(2) Make sure that all the information has been given to us to process your order in a timely manner. Paypal many times leaves off information, or cuts it off. If you don't see all the information necessary to process your order, then please send us a separate email and provide the information.

(3) Make sure that the content is legal, no adult content on non-adult traffic orders, no Trojans, virus's, auto downloads, or anything else illegal.

(4) The highly targeted menu can be accessed by you to setup your own clients, we only approve/disapprove any campaigns that are submitted. The SmartStats.net system can be very strict, so be careful when setting up orders, and the url you are submitting.

(5) If you have any question before submitting, or processing an order, please either call us, or email the information.

Charge Back Policy: We have none!! We will not tolerate any charge backs from resellers for any reason. Your clients are yours, and you are ours. If a client of yours does a charge back, that is your responsibility, and not ours. We will try and assist you if at all possible, but if you do a charge back against us, you will be banned from this site, network, and will contact all other same business to report you, your paypal account, and any other information that we can provide them.

Credit Card Charges: Credit card charges can be either made on the site if available, or we can take your credit information over the phone. Most small charges are no problem, very large charges at times could be a problem because of the merchant, and paypal transfers could take a week or more. It usually takes 2-3 days for the merchant to deposit the funds into our account, then we have to transfer the funds from our account, to paypal, which can take 3-4 days, so it may take a week or more before the funds are available for use by us. At times we have plenty of funds to cover most charges, other times when funds are low at our end, this could cause a problem. Check with us before any large credit card charges are placed, or just give us a call.
